"B" Status - YouGo Board

Products being sold during the SECOND CHANCE sale have been evaluated by ZUP staff to be functionally capable of performing up to similar standards of new ZUP Products, however are no longer in NEW condition. SECOND CHANCE Products may have been previously used, damaged in transit, damaged in our facility or used as floor models or displays.  It is important to note that these products are not eligible for the same treatments that NEW ZUP products receive. Products sold as SECOND CHANCE Products are bound by the following:
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Purchaser accepts that the Board is sold in a “Used” condition and foregoes the ability to return the product
    • Items are not eligible for additional discounts or sales opportunities
    • Purchaser is responsible for shipping on all Second Chance Products. These products are sold at EXCEPTIONALLY LOW PRICES. Sorry we couldn’t throw in shipping to sweeten the deal.
    • Items shown are examples only and do not reflect the actual product you are purchasing. Product may vary. However, it is important to note that ZUP will NOT sell you defective items. SECOND CHANCE Products are still usable. They are just not as PERDY as they once wuz.

 

Products in the “B” Classification MAY contain any of the following:

      • Product is not in original packaging
      • Product does not contain POP Card or other advertising material
      • Product may have been previously used and returned
      • Major scratches or scuffs to the top, bottom, or sides of the product
      • Tail, nose or sides of Boards may have “trauma” causing discoloration or splintering
      • Dirt or other foreign material may be seen on handles, pads, footstraps or other elements of the products. These may not be able to be removed from the product
      • Footstraps may be torn, faded or compressed
      • Boards may have stress marks on the bottom or sides of the Board.
      • Pad may have tears, indentations, rub marks, nail marks or other imperfections
      • Small components that are typically designed to hide screws or assembly points may be missing from the Product
      • Product may be faded or discolored 
      • Stickers or decals may be missing

THEN... ARRANGE YOUR RETURN!

If we can’t get you out having FUN, we will take your ZUP products back. We don’t care whether it’s 3 month or 30 months old! Just make sure it’s in like-new condition. Many products that are returned are donated to one of our non-profit partners and we don’t want to give them trashed gear!

ZUP will be providing you with a Return Authorization # (RA) and return shipping/refund instructions. It is your responsibility to ship it back to us so that it arrives safely to ZUP HQ. Return shipping costs are not reimbursable.
